Security Check Form

As a service to its citizenry the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) offers a program that regularly checks the security of seasonal or temporarily unoccupied buildings at no cost to the owner. To be eligible for this service, the building must be in Lincoln County and the owner must complete this form in its entirety.

It is essential that the LCSO receive a telephone call immediately upon occupancy of the building. This call will cancel the Security Check and prevent Deputies from engaging in high risk maneuvers on legitimate occupants. Failure to immediately call upon occupancy may result in unpleasurable contact between Deputies and legitimate occupants at no fault of the Deputies. Unless otherwise noted on this form, Deputies may check the security of the premises at any time of the day or night.
