Two Men Arrested for Multiple Felonies

On Saturday March 4, 2017 at 1:00 A.M., Deputies were asked to respond to the Emergency Room at Great Plains Health. It was reported a male subject was being treated for injuries as a result of being assaulted.

Deputies met with the alleged victim and it was clear he had been assaulted. The victim advised he was attacked by a bunch of people while attending a party out on Platte Valley Road. He indicated he was struck with furniture and stereo equipment.

Investigators discovered there was a very large party involving minors and alcohol, at 8461 West Platte Valley Road, just west of North Platte, NE. When the Deputies arrived the party was over, but they found multiple criminal violations occurred at the rural residence after an extensive investigation.

On March 9, 2017, Deputies arrested the alleged victim of the assault, twenty year old Terrence Alexander of North Platte, NE. Mr. Alexander was arrested for; Terroristic Threats, Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony and Disturbing the Peace and placed in the Lincoln County Detention Center. Witnesses to the event advised Mr. Alexander displayed a large caliber semi-automatic pistol just prior to the altercation.

Also arrested for the altercation was nine-teen year old Jobie Loving of North Platte, NE. Mr. Loving was arrested for; First Degree Assault and Disturbing the Peace and placed in the Lincoln County Detention Center. The investigation into this case is ongoing and more arrests may follow.
