Lincoln County Deputies recovered the UTV and found it was a 2009 Yamaha Rhino valued at $5,370.00. Deputies eventually were able to find the rightful owner, it was returned to him. Lincoln County Deputies arrested Mr. Fourtner on the warrant and added a new charge of Theft by Unlawful Taking (2nd Offense) a Class IIA Felony. Mr. Fourtner was placed in the Lincoln County Detention Center.
