The male subject was identified as forty-three-year-old Kenneth Johnston of Lamar, NE. Mr. Johnston was arrested and placed in the Lincoln County Detention Center. Mr. Johnston was charged with Third Degree Domestic Assault and Criminal Mischief to the female’s car.
