Maxwell Search Warrant

On April 13, 2021 around 2:00 p.m., Deputies of the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant on a trailer house in Maxwell, NE., as a result of a several day investigation.

During the search of the home Deputies recovered several long bladed machetes, air guns made to look like real firearms, several dozen items of drug paraphernalia, nine digital scales and multiple containers of crystal like powder. Preliminary testing on the powder showed it was positive for Methamphetamine and Fentanyl. A large amount of powder was identified as possible Epson salt or bath salt.

The residence was owned by thirty-four year old Daniel S. Endicott of Maxwell, who was arrested a day prior for Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine). Deputies met with Mr. Endicott in the Lincoln County Detention Center and cited him with the following additional charges: Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Prohibited Person, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Fentanyl), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) and Imitation Controlled Substance. The investigation in this matter is ongoing.
